Pitcher Matt Gage (2011-12 Siena/BP) who made his MLB debut with the Blue Jays this past season, was placed on waivers and claimed by the Houston Astros.
After making his first postseason appearence with the Cleveland Guardians, catcher Luke Maile (2010-11 Kentucky) was signed by his hometown Cincinnati Reds and will be playing for his 6th organization having previously played for the Rays, Blue Jays, Brewers and Pirates as well.

2013 Mohawks ace Trey Wingenter (Auburn) who missed all of last season recovering from Tommy John surgery on the Reds roster will be joining former Mohawks Zach Logue (2015-Kentucky), John Valente (2017-St. John's), Dylan Smith (2019-Alabama) and Cole Patten (2021-Villanova/Seton Hall) in the Detroit Tigers organization.

2014 Mohawk Zack Brown (Kentucky) was a top prospect in the Brewers organization a few years ago and elected free agency this off-season. He was signed by the Cincinnati Reds and will look to get his career back on track and break into the Major Leagues soon.

2015 PGCBL Pitcher of the Year Zach Logue (Kentucky) was traded to the Oakland A's last season for All-Star Matt Chapman after being drafted by the Blue Jays. Zach made his Major League debut for the A's last season and was claimed off waivers by the Detroit Tigers this offseason.

2016 Mohawks pitcher Jeff Belge (St. John's) was traded this past offseason by the Dodgers to the Tampa Bay Rays in exchange for J.P. Feyereisen.
