Zach Breen returns for his 6th season as the Mohawks Pitching Coach. Zach pitched for the Mohawks and was a part of the Championship teams in 2013 and 2014. In 2024 he was the Pitching Coach for Siena College. Breen currently serves as the Director of Pitching for the Baseball Health & Performance Institute, a position he has held since February 2023. He was the Director of Pitching Development at Frozen Ropes Albany from 2018-22. A 2011 graduate of Shaker High School, Breen pitched for two seasons at Schenectady County Community College before transferring to Barton College in Wilson, North Carolina, where he earned First Team All-conference honors as a starting pitcher. He earned his B.S. in Sport Management from Barton in 2016 and completed Driveline Baseball's Pitch Design Certification in January 2020.
