Two weeks after it started the Mohawks and Dutchmen played the conclusion of their suspended opening night game. Christian Bartholomew (Wake Forest) took over on the mound for the Mohawks in the 8th inning where the game was paused. He walked a batter and hit a batter in the inning but left unscaved with the game tied at 5 headed to the 9th.

In the 9th Albany's Chad Moss (Davidson) picked up from where he left off as he came into this game during the 6th inning over 2 weeks ago. He only needed to throw 8 pitches to bring the Dutchmen's bats up in the last of the 9th.

In the bottom of the 9th, Bartholomew threw 4 total pitches to get the first 2 guys to fly out to center fielder Ed Charlton (NJ Tech). Then Danny Crowe (Elon) steped in and doubled down the right field line to put the winning run on with 2 outs. Chris Suseck (Coastal Carolina) then pinch hit and singled to right allowing the Dutchmen to walk-off with a 6-5 victory over the Mohawks.
