Beginning in 2014, the Mohawks have dedicated their Tuesday home games to honoring all veterans and active-duty Military members for the service and sacrifice they have given to our country.
Veterans will receive Free Admission and Free Food on the Home Depot Veteran's Deck between 5:30-6:15 sponsored by Patriot Asset Management and 3 Rings Security.
During the game our players wear a special hat or jersey to commemorate the day.
There will be a half inning during the game where a veteran will be honored in an on-field ceremony. Their military accomplishments will be announced to the crowd and dignitaries are usually in attendance to present a flag or official citation.
